Bryan Tutor Currently serves as Executive Counselor at InfoTech Research Group.  His focus is helping other executives navigate challenges.  Prior to this role he  recently served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Elbit Systems of America, LLC.  He brings 30 years of experience to the role, providing strategic and technological direction to a $1.3B Business Unit.  Bryan’s CISO team led the way to implementing CMMC level 3 controls to support DOD initiatives.  He also focused on enabling business growth, profit enhancement, innovation and competitive advantage.  Bryan also led the integration of a $350M business unit acquisition in 2019.

Since he joined the company in 2016, Bryan’s experience leading technically diverse organizations, combined with his unique combination of leadership, process improvement and operations management capabilities, have allowed him to make significant strides in improving business performance.

Before Elbit Systems of America, Bryan served as CIO for 12-plus years for Triumph Aerostructures / Vought Aircraft ($2.1B) where he oversaw enterprise-wide IT strategy and operations, including transformation projects, system deployments for new production sites and leadership through consolidations, relocations, mergers and acquistions. He also worked for Northrop Grumman and LTV Aerospace and Defense in management and engineering positions earlier in his career.

Bryan holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and  completed an MBA in IT Management program to further compliment his real-world experience and in-depth skills in business management and strategy.  

Additionally, Bryan has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan, and has attended numerous on-going professional development courses including Global Leadership Summit, Executive Leadership and Finance and Change Management.
