Rashmi Jain joined Careington International Corporation in 1999 and has served as Chief Information Officer since April 2019. Ms. Jain currently oversees information systems & information technology departments for Careington and affiliate companies, DialCare, Careington Benefit Solutions and Munroe Sutton. As Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and personally participating in all phases of the development and maintenance of Careington's strategic information systems, which include all hardware, software, security and web initiatives. During her career, Ms. Jain has transformed the Information Systems department into a true strategic partner with a focus on building scalable information technology systems to address various company objectives. Ms. Jain remains focused on technologically advanced solutions to support Careington’s business, increase efficiencies, minimize risk and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Ms. Jain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems and Healthcare from the University of Texas at Dallas. Ms. Jain is also a recipient of the 2020 Dallas Business Journal Minority Business Leader Award.
